The Tarrant County College Foundation appointed local leaders Mary Ann Giordano and Sean Bryan to its Board of Directors Sept. 24.
Mary Ann Giordano
Giordano, a Certified Public Account, holds nearly 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. After working with Exxon Company U.S.A. and Superior Oil Company in Houston, she joined Cawley, Gillespie & Associates, a petroleum consulting firm in Fort Worth, in 1988. Giordano is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, where she earned a B.B.A. in accounting and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Sean Bryan
Bryan is a partner at Kelly Hart & Hallman LLP, a law firm specializing in entity formation and tax law, where he also serves as the chairman of the Retirement Plan Committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Fort Worth and Leadership Colleyville, and has served in leadership roles for the local Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Board and for the Abilene Christian University Honors Program. Bryan holds a B.B.A. in accounting from Abilene Christian and a J.D. from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Bar Foundation, the Tarrant County Bar Association, and the Tarrant County Bar Foundation.
